Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
